• Next, check your phone’s trade in value from the list.
• Fill in your details at the checkout
• We’ll send you a postage-paid envelope for your phone.
• Once we’ve checked your phone is working, we’ll upload your airtime to your SIM.

If you’re not a Virgin Mobile customer, we’ll send you a new SIM free of charge. We’ll upload any free airtime that you’ve earned within 5 days of receipt of the phone(s).
